The High Growth Coaching Program is an exclusive opportunity to develop an action plan for participants’ businesses with support from participants’ own personal business coaches and a community of women to keep them accountable. This is a digital program open to women-led businesses across Nigeria.
The 2023 SLA High Growth Coaching Program Is Run In Partnership With The Work In Progress! Alliance – A Consortium Of Oxfam, Butterfly Works, And VC4A Focused On Driving Job Creation And Youth Employment In Nigeria.
Alliance Is Focused On Unlocking The Economic Potential Of Young Women And Men In Egypt, Nigeria, And Somalia. The Project Aims To Enable Them To Generate Sustainable Living Incomes – By Finding Regular Employment Or Starting Enterprises. Alliance Partners Include Oxfam, VC4A (Venture Capital For Africa), and Butterfly Works. As Part Of The Project, VC4A Partners With Local Accelerators And Works To Strengthen Local Investor Networks.

Eligibilities
- Must be a female founder or co-founder between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Must be running a high-impact business in Nigeria for less than 3 years with a proven track record in the market.
- Must not have received more than N23 025 000 in external funding.
- Must be interested in positioning the businesses to receive external funding either from the program or from other external investors.
- Must be looking to rapidly grow and scale the businesses within 6 months.

- The business must be based in Nigeria or have operations in the country.
